Very nice! I've dropped an appropriate hint to the co-owner of my sets :-) We've got a couple of the expansions and you do end up with bits all over the place.

I have a beautiful custom made Dominion case for the entire set, my birthday present this year. It weighs a bit but it's much better than the card boxes I was using.

Thanks. I'm debating what game to do next...

Sounds like an excellent birthday present!
I have the first three Dominion sets (original, intrigue, and seaside) and have them stored in the original game's box without the insert in. I used card stock paper to create three divided sections then folded an index card around each card type and wrote the name of the card on the top to separate and label them. It works well enough for what I have and could probably hold another one to two expansions, but not all of them. I'm on the fence about getting more. I always like Dominion at first then after maybe four or five rounds of any game it feels like everyone's just sitting in a circle going through motions with no decision making or interest left. Some of the stuff in Seaside is better on this and I've heard some of the later expansions do even more for adding player interaction, continued decision making throughout a game, and encouraging variety in a deck over just get an engine in place and see who can churn theirs into points faster than everyone else, but I don't know if I want to invest more in a game I only sort of like and if so which expansions are the best for my particular wants from the game since I don't think I'll ever play it enough to justify getting all the expansions.
