Goals: Personal Growth: Reduce Stress Levels

Long Term Goal: Reduce the stress in my life.

Immediate Action Plan: I'm not really sure what to do for this one. The best thing I can think of is to stop worrying about things I can't change and focus on those that I can. Getting a handle on time management and my priorities should help with the latter, but the former is such an abstract idea. How do I actually stop worrying about things I can't control?
